Refund policy

We’re a small, woman-owned brand committed to safe, fresh skincare. Because of hygiene standards, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged/incorrect

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery at angela@thatpeachybeauty.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the item(s)

  • We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund (based on stock availability).

  • Returns must be pre-authorized. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

What’s non-returnable

  • Opened or used skincare/personal-care items

  • Items without original packaging/safety seals intact

  • Sale/discounted items, gift cards, and digital products

Eligibility for a return (damaged/incorrect items only)

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging/seals (unless the damage is to the product itself)

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • A return may be required before a refund/replacement is issued—follow the instructions provided by our team

Refunds (if approved)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we approve the claim (and receive/inspect any required return)

  • Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to post refunds

  • If you used Afterpay/Sezzle/Shop Pay, your refund will be processed through that provider per their timelines

Exchanges & cancellations

  • Exchanges aren’t offered at this time—please place a new order once your claim is resolved

  • Order changes/cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of purchase if the order hasn’t begun processing; email angela@thatpeachybeauty.com

Shipping issues & address errors

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; for theft or misdelivery, please contact the carrier and email us so we can assist where possible

  • Orders with incorrect addresses, refused, or unclaimed packages may incur reship fees; original shipping charges are non-refundable
