Shipping policy

We ship orders as quickly and safely as possible so you can get glowing. Please review the timelines below to know what to expect.

Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Have a special request outside the U.S.? Email angela@thatpeachybeauty.com and we’ll try to help.

Order processing times

  • Ready to ship items: Processed in 1–3 business days before shipment.

  • Restock items: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.

  • Special availability items: Some items may require up to 7–14 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Business days are Mon–Fri (excluding holidays). Orders after 12pm ET begin processing the next business day.

Transit time (after your order ships)

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume.

  • Expedited options may appear at checkout when available.

Carriers: We use trusted major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). The exact carrier is selected based on speed and your delivery address.

Tracking your order

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the number.

Split shipments

  • To avoid delays, your order may ship in multiple packages if items have different availability. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once in transit.

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. If you believe your order was misdelivered or stolen, contact the carrier first, then email us at angela@thatpeachybeauty.com so we can assist where possible.

Delays

  • Weather events, carrier capacity, holidays, or supply chain issues can occasionally extend timelines. We’ll keep you updated if we learn of a material delay.

Shipping fees & changes

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.

  • Need to cancel or change your order? Email angela@thatpeachybeauty.com within 2 hours of purchase. If processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
